At Dynamic Diesels, timely delivery of performance parts matters. We work to dispatch orders quickly and keep shipping as straightforward as possible.
Our shipping policy
Free shipping on tuners. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2 business days. Most North American orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch via expedited ground. International orders typically take 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Transit time starts when your order ships, not when you place it. Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect shipping times.
Factors that can affect shipping
- Weather: We process orders quickly, but severe weather can delay courier delivery. We will do everything we can to get your package to you as soon as possible.
- Holidays: Our shipping center is closed on recognized holidays and resumes the next business day. During peak holiday periods, please allow extra time.
- Weekends: We process and ship orders during business hours. Orders placed on the weekend are processed the next business day. Expedited shipping timeframes begin when the order ships, not when it is placed. Couriers generally do not deliver on weekends, so packages typically arrive on a business day.
Import duties and taxes
Orders shipping outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country’s customs authority based on the value of the items. These charges are the customer’s responsibility on delivery and are not included in the order total.
