Final Sale Items:

All custom tuning products (including both tuning devices and tune files) are final sale. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We strongly recommend verifying your order before finalizing your purchase to ensure compatibility with your vehicle.

Return Eligibility:

Returns will only be accepted if the item is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault. We do not accept returns for incorrect orders or changes of mind.

Return Process:

If you suspect your item is defective, please contact us by phone or email at support@dynamicdiesels.com and provide proof of the issue to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted or processed without a valid RMA number.
