Shipping disclaimer

Prior to making a purchase, its important that you review the import regulations set by your country's federal or provincial government. It's your responsibility as the importer to ensure compliance with these rules. Please be aware that these products are designed exclusively for off-road use. By buying and having them shipped, you're confirming their compliance with your country's government regulations. Additionally, please note that we are not liable for any issues that may arise due to the purchase of these products.

Shipping Timelines

Orders at Dynamic Diesels are typically processed within two business days from your order date.
 

To break it down:
Processing and shipping are separate stages. We process your order in the initial two days, and then the shipping clock starts ticking. Shipping times begin when your order is dispatched, not when you place it.
 

For international shipments, we provide a sole shipping option – a three-day transit time via air shipping. This method involves one of three couriers: FedEx, UPS, or DHL. If your order contains multiple items, they might take different routes and arrive separately through those three couriers.
 

Please note: UPS, FedEx, and DHL usually don't deliver on weekends. Expect your order to roll in during the weekdays.

While we strive for on-time deliveries, we can't guarantee specific dates, and delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing Dynamic Diesels.

Shipment Tracking Number

Your tracking number will come in an emailed invoice once the order has shipped.
 

We receive tracking within 1 business day of an order being shipped. We then add that to your invoice and email you the invoice. The packages do not get scanned when the driver picks up the packages from our warehouse. Instead, they get scanned once the package arrives at the local shipping warehouse of the courier service.
 

If it's been four business days since you placed your order, reach out. There could be a shipping snag or an issue with the email address you provided. Let's sort it out and get your order back on track.
