Non-Returnable Items:
Please be aware that all specialized tuning solutions (including both devices and tuning services), exhaust systems, race pipes, and EGR kits are considered final sale items. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for these products. Please ensure accuracy in your selection to match your specific vehicle needs prior to finalizing your purchase.
Conditions for Returns:
We will consider returns solely for items found to have manufacturing defects. Returns initiated for any other reasons, such as incorrect orders or buyer's remorse, will not be eligible.
Procedure for Returns:
To initiate a return for a defective item, please reach out to us either by phone or at info@dynamicdiesels.com with evidence of the defect. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which is necessary for proceeding with the return. Returns submitted without a valid RMA number will not be considered.
